ExclusivelySpa™, an international spa consultancy company specializing in the design, implementation, management and operation of exclusive spas & wellness centres in luxury hotels and resorts, continues to grow at a remarkable rate. In the first half of 2017 alone, a number of prestigious Greek Islands resorts are among the hotels that have recently entrusted ExclusivelySpa with either the concept and design of an all-new spa, or the upgrading, operation and management of an existing facility. These include the award-winning 5-star Blue Palace Resort and Spa (a Starwood Luxury Collection Resort & Spa) and the 5-star Elounda Gulf Villas in Crete, Canaves Oia Hotel & Suites in Santorini, the 5-star boutique luxury hotel Kivotos in Mykonos, the 5-star Liostasi Hotel & Suites on the island of Ios, as well as Myrianthousa Spa at Casale Panayiotis in Cyprus. Currently under construction in preparation for their opening in 2018 are two more projects: a new facility at Canaves Oia in Santorini, and the Sofia Hotel Balkan, a 5-star city hotel and member of the Starwood Luxury Collection in Sofia, Bulgaria. Other projects in the region are currently being negotiated, with signatures expected to seal various contracts within the year.
Apart from the design, implementation and operation of spas, ExclusivelySpa is now focusing on maintaining the highest quality standards on two levels: human resources and quality control systems. As many spas face the challenge of attracting and keeping trained and reliable staff, ExclusivelySpa’s HR department is dedicated to head-hunting, hand-picking and training spa staff at all levels, from managers to therapists. This is in line with the brand’s focus on delivering consistently high quality based on refined customer care standards implemented through well trained staff and clear procedures.
