His unwavering pursuit of quality placed him in senior leadership roles in the luxury hotel sector. His expertise covers spa and wellness, which he views as an integral and essential part of the hospitality industry. Building on an impressive track record as GM and MD of several international hotel & tourism companies, in 2010 Chris created a company serving the spa & wellness sector within hotel & resorts. Chris is now at the helm of ExclusivelySpa™, a global spa consultancy & operator.

Heidi B. Anastassiou’s qualifications and experience equipped her with a full set of skills in communication, organisation and planning of businesses involving international teams. Work experience in Norway, Cyprus & UK polished her expertise in planning and administration of start-ups, from consultancy & international fund management businesses to high-end consumer products and travel. Well versed in the coordination of marketing and sales teams, agents, suppliers and the provision of logistical support. She is now an Executive Director of the Company and in charge of the Company’s Scandinavia & Nordic Countries activities.

Dragana Marjanovic has worked in the spa and beauty industry for 11 years. Her educational background and experience in beauty care, technology and product innovations has helped her develop a successful career as a trainer working with international brands such as Elemis, Sothys, Biologique Recherche, Medik8 Skincare Biotechnology, Dr Murad and as an opening spa manager in luxury hotels. Now she is in charge of services, quality control & training at ExclusivelySpa™.
