Pre-Opening

Our business and operational pre-opening services are crucial to the commercial success of every spa and the delivery of an outstanding customer experience. Effective planning eliminates waste, optimises the use of resources, achieves timely opening, facilitates smooth transition of soft opening to full operation and leaves nothing to chance.

ExclusivelySpa’s pre-opening plan provides a strong foundation for the successful operation of an exclusive spa, from treatment and menu creation, to products and training, alongside standard operating procedures, recruitment and management systems.

Key factors

The main factors that determine the success of the pre-opening phase include:

  • A dedicated, well-trained, enthusiastic team with a detailed understanding of the spa products and operation
  • Processes and procedures that are well tested to deliver results and smooth operation
